For best results:
Take 3 to 5 capsules daily with a glass of water two or three hours before bed. This will encourage a bowel movement in the morning without compromising daily activities with multiple trips to the bathroom.

This works wonders and it’s natural. I suffer from IBS and was prescribed Linzess, which didn’t work for me. I highly recommend this product.

Hi Linda, I am glad that you are getting the desired results from the Colon formula. The Colon and Intestinal formula is my favorite out of all the Colon Cleansing formulas because it is well balanced with multiple herbs as to not compromise someone while they are at work. Sen Fen Laxative is probably the strongest colon formula, followed by Bowel Locomotion, then Intestinal Janitor, then the Colon and Intestinal formula and the mildest is Prenatal Laxative. They all work a little differently but each is very effective. At some point in the future I will be creating a 20 day Colon Cleanse Kit. In regards to the IBS, how long have you been dealing with this issue and if you don’t mind sharing the symptoms that you are dealing with, I am sure that we can come up with a plan to eliminate the issue.
