Microbicidal Activity

Viral Inactivator is active against a wide range of microorganisms including viruses (coronavirus), bacteria, yeasts, fungi and spores. The ingredients demonstrated viracidal and bactericidal activity between one and five minutes.

Mode of Action

Food grade hydrogen peroxide works by producing destructive hydroxyl free radicals that can attack cell membrane lipids, DNA and other cell essential components. In short Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide is  a protein disabler, meaning that it can break down protein and lipid bonds thus deactivating a virus.

Grapefruit seed extract is effective against more than 800 bacterial and virus strains, 100 strains of fungus and a number of single and multi-celled parasites. Grapefruit seed extract is a potent natural antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal substance. It is also used to balance intestinal flora by eliminating bad bacteria, yeast and parasites. We use citricidal grapefruit seed extract (60 percent grapefruit seed extract, 40 percent vegetable glycerin) a compound derived from the seed and pulp of the grapefruit. The grapefruit seed bioflavonoids (polyphenolics) are converted into an extremely potent compound.
