Intestinal Janitor formula is a plant based colon cleanser that contains herbs and plants that are high in fiber. The combination of plants including Psyllium Husks and Fennel Seed promotes and maintains intestinal health. This is accomplished by sweeping the walls of the intestines and colon. This helps restore the villi and supports the body’s ability to absorb nutrients in the intestines. It also promotes healthy formation of bulky stools as well as aiding in the regularity of bowel movements. Formula has a sweeping action (hence the name “janitor”) of the colon.

This all natural fiber blend helps to reverse constipation. As a general rule, a person should be having two or three bowel movements per day. This product in not addictive or harsh on the body and does not cause bloating or discomfort. Colon cleansers work best when at least 8 glasses of water are consumed daily. But ideally, when one half of the body weight is consumed in ounces of water. Example, if person weighs 180 lbs, then 90 ounces of water should be consumed during the day.
